On my birthday

On my birthday we went out to the beach and we had a swim.  After our swim we had a barbeque.  We had chicken and burgers and cordial.  Then we went home because we had a long as swim and we were tired.

Why is sleep important?

You need to sleep so you  don't get  grumpy turn off the tv  at  bedtime.  To help me sleep I get the cat and he sleeps next to me.  Doris play music  to  help her sleep . sometimes i play the ps3 when my family is  sleeping
